He was predeceased by: his brother Denny Wallace. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Wallace and Janelle Wallace; his grandchildren, Tayler, Logan, Kaden, Kendall and Haley; and his siblings, Rick Wallace (Kim), Karen McDonald (Mike), Jeanne Mikula (Mike) and Larry Busha (Ruth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for medical and funeral expenses and are greatly appreciated.
