He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Ward and Frances Ward (Parks); and his siblings, Vickie Hoover and Steven Ward. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Michael Jay Ward (Jennifer), Clinton Daniel Ward (Samantha) and Teresa Moore (Michael); and his grandchildren, Emily Ward, Colton Moore, Ella Moore, Chase Moore, Henry Ward, Wyatt Ward, Katie Ward, Hunter Ward and Austin Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
