He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Harris and Mary Harris (Pelkey); his former wife Sharon (Hartley); his brothers, Kenny and Harold; and his great grandchild Aiden Richard Harris.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Ron Harris (Robin) and Cheryl Harris (Lenore Morgan); his grandchildren, Josh (Jessica), Kyle (Brianna) and Mariah (Ben); his stepgrandchildren, Madeline and Corbin; and his brother Glen. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
