He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalee Cotes (Parker); and his wife Rachel. He is survived by: his father Warren J Cotes; and his daughters, Margaret Prall (Justin) and Sandy Wallo (Don). He is also survived by five grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; aunts, uncles and cousins.
