David Jay Frick Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Jay Frick of Litchfield, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frick and Loentine Frick (Smith); his wife Gail Wellein; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Frick and Joan Smith.
He is survived by: his son Lance "Pete" Frick (Billie Jo) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Ashley Ladd (Joshua) of Quebec, TN, Brittany Miller (Alex) of Rome City, IN and Cloee Frick of Quincy; his great grandchildren, Lucy Miller, Jase Miller and Zoe Ladd; and his brothers, Richard Smith of Hillsdale, Frank Frick of Quincy and Stewart Frick (Sherry) of Quincy. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Litchfield Chapel (220 N Chicago St, Litchfield, MI 49252). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
