He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Leroy and Velia Faye Brown (Jones). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Julian Brown (Kinzie Blossom) of Jonesville and Scott Mason Brown of Manchester; his grandchildren, Jainee, Johannah and Jude Brown; and his brother Scott Michael Brown (DeDee).
