She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Mast and Thelma Mast (Keesler); her husband Lowell G. Hayward; her son Dennis Alan Hayward; her brother Donald Mast (Virginia); and her brother-in-law Donald Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Hayward (Mary) of Grand Rapids, Cheryl Gilchrist of Coldwater and Cathie Nutt of Evansville, IN; and her sister Mary Miller of Quincy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
