She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Corey (Ryan); her grandchildren, Rachael Corey, Madison, Charlie Corey and Ryan Corey Jr. (Alan); and her brother Harold Wohlart II (Vicki).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Cheryl's honor.
