She was predeceased by : her parents, Alexander Kuzma and Helen Kuzma of Detroit's Visitation High School; her sister Patricia; and her brother-in-law Gary Flannery. She is survived by : her husband Paul; her daughter Ann; her son-in-law Evan Knott; and her granddaughters, Helen and Lauren Chiumino-Knott. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and many close friends.

“Missing Connie so much! She was a dear friend and I loved her very much. We met at TRACC in Novi a program for people with MS. Almost 20 years ago. I was so upset hearing she passed we missed her funeral. I'm sure I will hear about it when I get to Heaven! Much love to Paul, Ann, Evan and their girls Love Mary & Dean Munger”
