He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dedeluk and Julia Dedeluk; and his sister Patricia A. Poupard. He is survived by: his wife Joann Dedeluk; his children, Nick Dedeluk (Carley) and Dawn Dedeluk; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Austin, Logan and Roman.
