She was predeceased by: her parents, Uberto Norris and Eva Norris (Singleton); her husband Russell Neely; her former husband Paul Smith; her siblings, Dixie (Joe), Patricia, Mary (Darylle), Bob and Dale; her siblings-in-law, Bob Leach, Bud Lindzy, Alex Doroghazy and Jenny; and her nieces and nephews, Kellie, Sara, Jimmy, Jason, Terry Michael, Derk, Kenny and Toddy.
She is survived by: her close friend Louis; and her siblings, Betty, Lynn, Diana (JC), Barbara (Phil), Calvin (Jane), Bill (Patricia) and Terry (Barbara). She is also survived by the youngest of 13 children so she has many wonderful nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
