He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Margaret Hagel; and his grandfather Philip Mack. He is survived by: his parents, Phil Mack and Carrie Mack (Blythe); his sister Leah Mack; his pet Molly; and his grandparents, Joe, Jill Blythe, Richard, Margo Simonian and Penny Mack. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and long-lasting friends.
