Words of sympathy

Kenneth Markiewicz wrote a sympathy message

“Mr. Sacha was my Science and Social Studies teacher for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade at McGregor Elementary in Detroit during the 1960’s. He was an excellent teacher who maintained order in his classroom and madd his students “toe the line”. When it came time for report card marking, he always commented “you can do better” and indeed, although reluctantly, I did continued on with higher education. Upon graduating from 6th grade, his written comment on my class picture was “lead, don’t be lead”.”
