He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Anderson (Robert), Christopher (Ronda), David (Kandi) and Kelly Cummins (Thomas Smith); his grandchildren, Erin (Eric), Chelsea Alyssa (Marcus), Jessica, Emma, Zachary and Evan; his great grandchild Asher; and his sisters, Ruthie Cairns (Jack) and Joanie Lewis. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
