He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Jellick and Mary Jellick; his wife Eileen; and his siblings, Joseph, Matthew, Pauline, Helen and Michael.
He is survived by: his son Michael (Claudia); and his sister Ann Obradovich (Eli). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
