He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Chase and Fay Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Chad DeBusk (Jennifer), Sarah Chase (David Klatt) and Paula Chase (Keith Sousa); his grandson David Klatt; and his siblings, Dale Chase, Dennis Chase, Carrie Lou Chase, Mark Chase and Kent Chase.
All his life he was dedicated to the Catholic faith and tried to live his life as Jesus did with a loving heart, charity, and most of all forgiveness.
