He was predeceased by: his parents, Khalil Azzouz and Jamileh Azzouz; and his brother Musa Azzouz. He is survived by: his wife Seham; his children, George Azzouz (Koreen) and Linda El-Zaghir (Danny); his grandchildren, Hana El-Zaghir and Jana El-Zaghir; and his sister Suad Ghannam.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Mary Antiochian Orthodox Basilica (18200 Merriman Rd, Livonia, MI 48152).
