It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Akouri (Livonia, Michigan), who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Louis "Elias" Akouri. He is survived by: his mother Nadia Akouri; his siblings, Robert Akouri (Marie), Edward Akouri (Milade), Marianne Mansour (late DiMitri), Joseph Akouri and Elias Akouri; and his siblings' children, Samantha, Emma, Caroline, DiMitri Jr. "DJ", Christina and Alexander. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral services for John will be private.
