He was predeceased by: his pet Max. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his sons, Eli and Mason; his parents, Frank Kurtz and Kathleen Kurtz; his father-in-law Jeff Richardson (Penny); his siblings, Matt Kreager (Tonya), Michele Kreager and Patricia Churchill (Joel); his brothers-in-law, Jeff Richardson (Christine) and Anthony Richardson (Lindsay); and his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Monica, Natalie and Wyatt.
