He was predeceased by: his brother Hubertus Maas. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Jon Maas (Sabrina) and Lea Burnette (Richard); his grandchildren, Savanah Maas, Layla Maas and Evan; and his brothers, Pete Maas (Barbara), Simon Maas (Sandy) and Paul Maas (Babs).
