He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann (Lawlor); his children, Carolyn Moore (Kevin Dunivin), Jacquelyn Michael (Todd), Rosalyn Henzler (Greg) and John Moore (Patty); his grandchildren, Taylor (Tony), Hailey, Brian, Kyle (Mackenzie), Gregory (Alma), Alexandra, Samantha and Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Isabella. He is also survived by other loving family members, friends.
