He was predeceased by: his mother Jill Sak; and his grandfathers, John Hamann and Frank. He is survived by: his father John Sak, Sr.; his siblings, Jayna and Nick; his nieces and nephews, Jaylen, Jordyn and Jaycie; and his grandmothers, Connie Hamann and Arlene Sak. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
