It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Puza of Livonia, Michigan, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Puza. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Puza and Patricia Curtis (Steven); and his nephews, Jeffery Puza, Keith Puza, Paul Puza, Adam Puza, Michael Puza (Stephanie), Christopher Puza, Kevin Puza (Jenny), Jason Curtis (Terry), Justin Curtis and Joseph Curtis.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
