He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sandberg and Fay Sandberg; and his wife Marion Mineweaser. He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Foleta (Merico); his grandsons, Phillip and Nicholas; and his cousin Bill Kumle (Sherri). He is also survived by five sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in memory of John may be made to Wounded Warriors Project or the Alzheimer's Association.
