He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, John Jr., Thomas and Cindy Dziurgot (Philip); his grandchildren, Thomas Jr., Erica, Ashlee, Jacquelyn and Nickolas; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Christopher, Layla, Yousef and Gracie; and his siblings, Tony and Dorothy Pollak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
