He was predeceased by: his parents, Professor John J. and Elizabeth Uicker (Flint); his wife Jan; and his siblings, James Uicker (Suzanne), Theresa Uicker, Kate Uicker and John J. Uicker Jr. (Ann).
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Griffith (Jim) and Suzi Avery (Kirk); his grandchildren, Melissa Hayden (Connor), Robin Uicker, Adam Griffith (Mae) and Ripley Avery; his great grandchildren, J. D. Hayden, Charlotte and Claire Hayden; his siblings, Tom Uicker, Sr., Mary Fran (Betsy), Liz Cantu (Nick) and Peg O'Neil (Mike); and his close friend Donna.
