He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Walters and Lillie Walters (Williams); and his wife Doris Laurain. He is survived by: his sons, James Walters and Bruce Walters (Cheryl); and his siblings, Shirley Martin, Ronald Walters (Marion) and Christine Lowrie (Chuck). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
