He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen Schou; his daughter Susan Urben; his grandchildren, Bryan Urben and Megan Urben; his parents, Axel Schou and Mary Schou; and his brother Allen Schou.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Schou (Mary), Glenn Schou (Sue) and Kendra Rawls (Dan). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home (37000 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152). A rosary was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 9:30 AM.
