He is survived by: his father Russell Waggener; his wife Pamela Waggener; his daughters, Julie Scott (Michael) and Jessica Waggener; his grandchildren, Annabelle, Landon and Jack; his sister Jane Eeley (Scott); and his brother-in-law Gregg (Missy). He is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
