He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Williams and Gretchen Williams. He is survived by: his son Michael Rios; his siblings, Beverly Charrette, Sharon Allender and Frank Williams (Debbie); his nieces and nephews, Taryn (Mike), Lindsey (Yianni), Brendan (Tara), Ashley, Frank and Baylee; and his close friend Kay Sousa. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
