He is survived by: his wife Denise Gantz; his sons, Kevin Gantz (Dana) and Christopher Gantz (Virginia); his brother Don Gantz; and his grandchildren, Mikyle Gantz (Sydney), Landyn Gantz, Kaidyn Gantz, Ryland Gantz, Ryker Gantz, Luca Gantz, Prestyn Gantz, Ariana Gantz, Lincoln Gantz, Xavier Gantz, Charlotte Gantz and Carson Gantz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
