He is survived by: his parents, Michael Keller and Deborah Keller; his children, Ashley, Katelyn and Madison; his sisters, Elizabeth Fahrni (Jason) and Lisa Zink (Dan); his nieces and nephews, Emma, Gracie, Violet, Jackson Fahrni, Parker, Grayson, Mollie, Sadie and Adeline Zink; Kristin. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Mike Keller 6550 Ravine View Rd SE Caledonia, Michigan 49316 to be deposited into a college fund for Matt's children.
