He was predeceased by: his brother John Ivanisko. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Warren; his children, Karen Hopp, Susan Hoffman (Todd) and David Warren; his grandchildren, Tobias, Benjamin, Alexander, Timothy, Sydney Hopp, Annie (Ari) and Michael Hoffman; and his great grandchild Aaron Hoffman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
