He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Carr and Annetta Herbert; his son Kevin Carr; and his sister Nancy Parker (Richard). He is survived by: his significant other Penny D. Carr; his child Shawn Carr (Lisa); his grandsons, Drew and Dylan; and his siblings, Gregg Carr and Janice Lorimer (Robert).
