It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Whitlow (Livonia, Michigan), born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on May 14, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Whitlow and Ruby Whitlow; and his brothers, Rick Whitlow and Ronnie Whitlow. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Whitlow (Elaine), Todd Whitlow and Mike Whitlow (Angelique); his grandchildren, Bryan Whitlow, Collin Whitlow, Emily Whitlow and Drew Whitlow; his sister Kim O'leary (Mike); his sibling's children, David O'leary, Brandon O'leary and Kara Finnegan (Ryan); his son James Finnegan; his sibling's children, Rusty Whitlow and Susie Reagan (Tim); and his aunts, Geraldine Rudd of Mayfield and Martha Sue Deweese of Washington.
