He was predeceased by: his parents, Claremont Eberhart and Florence Eberhart; and his brothers, Allen (Elaine) and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Randy (Michele), Renate and Ryan; his grandson Jack; and his sister Dolores (late Darrell).
