He is survived by: his wife Carroll; his brother David Wheeker (Jan); his children, Janet Marshall (Rick), Joanne Mancini (Gary) and Brian Wheeker (Lani); his grandchildren, Brandon Mancini (Alicia), Amanda Frayne (Chris), Kelly Marshall (Kelsey), Jeffrey Wheeker and Sarah Marshall; and his great grandchildren, Colton Mancini, Adalyn Frayne, Everleigh Mancini and Riley Frayne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
