He was predeceased by: his siblings, Martin Meyer and Helen Sherman (Walter). He is survived by: his wife Dr. Susan King Meyer; his children, Christopher (Colleen), Ronald James (Katherine) and Katie Klotz (Michael); and his grandchildren, Alex, Abby, Theodore, Oscar and Hugo.
