She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Carter (Louie) and Anna Carter (Ann). She is survived by: her pet Happy; her children, Pamela Carr Hagerman (Jeffrey), Lisa Girard-Bevier (Kirk) and Christopher Carr (Heather); her grandchildren, Tyler Carr, Anna Girard and Kyle Carr; and her brothers, Ronald Carter and Barry Carter (Linda). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
