He is survived by: his mother Terrie Wallace (late Bruce); his sisters, Kimberly VanBerkel (Jerry) and Lisa Bowman (Shane); his nephews, Jeremy and Noah VanBerkel; his niece Ava Bowman; his aunt Linda Chandler (Brad); his cousin Naomi Wells; Jessica Irvin (Brad) and Ashley Gemuend.
