With sadness, we share the passing of Thomas Caimotto of Livonia, Michigan. Thomas, born on May 17, 1943, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Julian (Bud) and Mary Theresa Caimotto; and his brother Henry Caimotto. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Allain Caimotto; his children, Jill Meister (Peter), Karen Carson (Jean) and Tom Caimotto, Jr. (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Spencer Crutchfield, Dylan Crutchfield, Brandon Harris (Taylor), Connor Crutchfield, Dominick Caimotto, Michelle Meister-Beck (Brandon), Sarah Caimotto and Jessica Meister; and his great grandchildren, Harrison and Brooks Crutchfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turowski Life Story Funeral Homes (30200 Five Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48154). The lying in state will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Genevieve-St. Maurice Catholic Church (29015 Jamison St, Livonia, MI 48154). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
