He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Horgan and May Horgan; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Horgan (Stephen Ungvarsky), T. J. Horgan (Traci), Sheila Thomas, Char Kreitzer and Eileen Horgan; his grandchildren, Andrew (Julia), Colin (Kara), Sherisse (Suley), Desiree, Tom (Hannah) and Danny; and his great grandchildren, Conor, Maeve, Destiny, Declan and Rehma.
