He was predeceased by : his parents, John Thomas and Jo Ethel Van Velzor (Rimmer); and his siblings, Robert Van Velzor and Joyce Gill. He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Van Velzor of New Haven, MI and Kyle Van Velzor (Piper Sata) of Livonia, MI; and his siblings, Rhonda Daugherty (Dan), Kevin Van Velzor and Jeff Van Velzor (Trish). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
