He is survived by: his wife Denise (Mulligan); his sons, Christopher (Lisa), Adam (Lori), Nathan Pew (Heidi), Jeffrey and Jason Carter (Cody); and his siblings, Glenn (Karen), Rev. Kenneth (Mary), James (Rhonda) and Paul Pew (Kerry).
