She is survived by: her husband Alex Kozakowski (Al); her sons, Robert Kozakowski and Michael Kozakowski (Kathy); her son-in-law Thomas Dragos; her granddaughters, Jessica Smith (Alan), Tonya Stewart (Greg), Alicia Wilson (Larry) and Renee Kozakowski; and her great grandchildren, Lexi Smith, Logan Smith, Hendrix Wilson and Haisley Wilson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.
