He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his children, Sabrina Leask (Chris), DJ Miller of Kingsford, Chantel Zeestraten (Frederick) of Loretto, Alexandria Miller of Norway, Faith Miller (Michael Appleton) of Loretto and Perry Miller of Loretto; his grandchildren, Maddie, Lizzie Leask, Kia Miller, Lola Appleton, Jaxon and Ryan Olsen; his siblings, Jean Wortock of Largo, FL., Peggy Alfred (Jim Mohr) of DePere, WI., Ann Dunlap (David) of Niagara, WI and Joe; and his sister-in-law Nikki Upton of Fountain, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
