He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hendrick and Abby Hendrick (Trowbridge); and his brothers, Earl, Duane, Darwin, Rex, Royce and Wayne.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Briggs of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Dan Hendrick (Sue) of Saranac, Jeff Hendrick (Sheila) of Port Charlotte, FL, Mike Hendrick (Lori) of Tatum, TX, Tim Hendrick (Sue) of Manistee and Tammi Hendrick of Lowell; his grandchildren, Patrick Hendrick (Erin), Cheri Ostrander, Brandon Hendrick (Kristin), Blair Mahr (Ahmad), Brad DeRosia (Mandy), Mike Hendrick (Jessica), Amanda Moran (Elliot), Seth Ryder, Ethan Ryder (Danielle), Jacob Hendrick (Ruth) and Ben Hendrick (Kate); his sisters, Ruby, Marie and Nina; and his granddaughter Laura Dornbaugh.
