He is survived by: his mother Susan Block; his stepfather Jay Block; his brother Travis Bergy (Lance Perkins); his stepbrother Alex Block (Hillary); his grandmother Sondra Bergy; his stepgrandfather Donald Block; his cousin Mark Pacini; and his pets, Izzo and Ollie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
