He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rutledge and Ruby Rutledge; and his siblings, Donna Busick, Norma Kuykendall and Robert Rutledge.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rutledge; his children, Kevin Brady, Lisa Angus and Todd Rutledge; and his pet Gidget. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
