He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joyce Morse and Jerald Perrin; and his uncle Joseph Patulski. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Sweet and Sue Sweet; his brothers, Jacob Sweet (Hailey) and Joseph Sweet (Catherine); his nieces, Lilly, Adeline and Sutton; his grandparents, Rod Sweet, Bonna Perrin and Robert Patulski; his aunts and uncles, Margaret Patulski (Mike Delduca), Matthew Patulski (Maureen), Sean Perrin (Darla), Todd Perrin (Margie), Jon Perrin (Jennifer) and Robb Perrin (Dana); his close friend Haley Sobie; and his pet Watson.
